Maryland and Rebecca’s Graduation

The trip down to the Osprey Point Inn at Rock Hall, MD was about an hour and 45 from Mt. Laurel, NJ after working with a client at Aloft – though the return trip to Philadelphia was only about an hour and 20.  Still without the car or a properly sorted bike (both are in the shop) we took the civic down and as far as I’m concerned, it’s quite the fun and economical car to drive around.  Wouldn’t trade the porsche for it – but I do find myself wishing I had one sometimes…almost.  The ride itself is uneventful with gray skies and rain, what the hell happened to all the beautiful weather we had all week?  I suspect the same is going to happen for the this week’s trip up to Boston.

The inn itself is quaint serving as a bed and breakfast with marina outside as well as other styling and amenities that give it more of a New England feel than the middle of nowhere.

Could it be the Osprey that the Inn is named after? Nah.
Program Booklet for Washington College 2013 Graduation. Rebecca graduates with Honors

I have no clue what kind of bird this is, though looking at the steeple of the Osprey Point Inn, the resemblance seems to be there.  All in all, we spent a total of 3 hours awake there.  On to breakfast and the entire family speaking in hushed whispers about the arrival of the french toast.

She’s got the right idea.

Rebecca’s graduating class was around 380 if I remember and thankfully we didn’t have to sit for that long.  Plus, the weather was pretty mild and perfect for photos!

Even on the last day, people are still snoozing at the ceremony
